Summary Description:

Working in a team-based environment, you will be responsible for planning, designing, launching, and driving innovation across digital banking products. The primary focus will be on the multi-family PropTech industry. You will need to blend technology architecture skills, analytical abilities, and our marketing orientation to advance product strategy and policy. You will lead continuous improvement efforts with cross-functional teams by gathering product feedback and utilization data, working with the development team and business partners to implement changes and overseeing test phases and seamless rollouts to a conclusion, on time and on budget. Your achievements will be driven by a clear understanding of the business objectives of internal and external shareholders and our promise to deliver better banking solutions to PropTech and FinTech industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a product roadmap that spans all designated components, systems, teams, and value streams
  • Focus on growth and how to convert customers in a digital-first environment
  • Prioritize product features and opportunities
  • Confirm design and technology approach meets user needs, addresses value, opportunity and meets compliance requirements
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders in building consensus around common objectives
  • Communicate technical aspects of projects to nontechnical personnel, such as those in marketing, customer support, and management
  • Assist in running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
  • Predict challenges and obstacles and coordinate cross-functional response actions
  • Establish and maintain metrics for product performance that align to business goals
  • Collect feedback from marketing and other operational functions to improve products


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience
  • At least 5 years of work experience in digital product management
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and with 3rd party technology providers
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • Knowledge of how mobile apps, websites, and emerging technologies are used as a means to deliver financial products and services
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and expert working knowledge of product management tools
  • Fintech experience preferred
